Q1: Minimum order quantity
Actually, there is no minimum order quantity limitation when you order from us. we handle flexible orders from 1pieces to 100,000pieces and more.
Q2: Standard dimensions
The following are standard dimensions for custom event wristbands
Silicone wristbands: 202*12*2mm for adults, 190*12*2mm for kids. We also make wristbands in sizes 160*12*2mm, 180*12*2mm, and 210*12*2mm.
Tyvek wristbands: 19*250mm or 3/4 inch * 10 inches is a standard size, however, 12mm (1/2 inch) and 25mm (1 inch) width are also widely used. Don’t worry if you don’t have a design idea, send us your logo request and we will make suggestions.
Fabric wristbands: 10*300mm or 15*350mm, a customized request can be done.
Q3: Product process
As a production manager, this is my favorite part. It is my pleasure to share my experience with you.
Let’s break the wristbands product process into two parts:
Silicone wristbands: blank wristband with silk printing logo is economic way, instead of printing there are many different logos finishing such as embossed or debossed, embossed or debossed with logo paints. What’s more Figured wristbands and Dual-layer wristbands are also very popular.
Tyvek wristbands: They are made from Dupont Tyvek – an incredibly strong, water-resistant material that is both lightweight and durable. Full-color designs are always welcomed.
Fabric wristbands: Made of polyester material, soft and comfortable for extended wear, a full-color logo can be done. Don’t hesitate to send us today!
Q4: Production leadtime
Normally it will take 2 weeks time for mass production, but it also depends on the pattern, order quantity, and production schedule here.

Q5: Special packing options
The standard packing method is each into polybag. there is no additional cost and can protect medals well during transportation. Well, special packing options always can be matching, such as gift box packing, PVC pouch packing, plastic case packing, paper wrapping…

Q6: Shipping method
From economic way to fast way, you can choose Shipping By sea 1-2 months, By train 1-2 months, By air 10-15days, By Express 5-7days (DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT)
